Top down 36floor high reach demolition safety

good day to all ! I'm salim,before I said something I want to wish to all china people ''happy new year and gong xi fa chai''                                                                                                                                               I just finish to marriage about one month and today why I to come back at Malaysian here: I to come back at Malaysian here because when I to see at youtube about high reach demolition 'I feel scared' I scared because what they to demolish just follow what they like and maybe about the procedure for they maybe are 'nothing' ! you know today what I care is what I learn at Malaysian it's significantly different about the skill safety, at out they what we to see about the safety maybe they are to use the method ''lucky'', they brave to use the lucky maybe they to have the excuse and sure when something to be happen the excuse is '''''''''''''''''''''''accident'''''''''''''''''''''''    from my skill at out they what are they to said about accident maybe just 5%   and about artificial is 95%. I still not understand why ? I hope coming soon somebody to give me the answer.                                                                                                                                                               another reason I'm come back because in our life how many opportunity to share demolish 36floor the method's ''top down'' , today I'm lucky because my menthol call me another lucky is Malaysian gov still to give us more opportunity  to find the money , so at here I'm thank you Malaysian gov.                                                                  at last I hope somebody before to set the 'fire crackers' ''Thing' our neigh-bour and try to feel ''suddenly the child shocked because the 'fire crackers' and that child are your offspring. tq

Good day ! hari ini kita sambung pada bahasa Malaysian kita !                                                             muka surat yang dahulu kita pun telah faham di segi pekerja ! ''bagaimana pulak di segi majikan ''   mengapakah kita perlu ambil tahu di segi majikan ?  apa yang berkaitan pada majikan pulak ?          ''majikan'' tiada seorang pun akan mengambil ''resiko atau kerugian'' ! jadi sebelum majikan meletakan tanggung jawap jentera berantai (harga beratus-ratus ribu) di atas bahu anda sudah tentu majikan mempunyai syarat-syarat yang melindungi mereka !          adakah muka surat yang lepas berkaitan dengan majikan ?        ya! sudah tentu sekali !          dimanakah bukti-bukti menandakan lima pekara itu berkaitan dengan majikan ?           bukti yang berkaitan dengan majikan adalah berikut: 1, mengikut kebiasaan enjin jentera berantai apabila bergerak enjinya mesti mengisi minyak kalau tidak ia tidak akan bergerak !      2, minyak enjin adalah membantu kelicinan alat-alat enjin dan mendinginkan enjin !      3, jikalau minyaknya kurang pada 20% biasanya tidak mengapa ! tapi untuk jentera berantai ia bermasaalah sedikit !      pertama sekali kita perlu faham ''dalam'' enjin ia mempunyai sebiji motor sedut minyak ! tujuan motor sedut itu ialah 'ia akan hantarkan minyak enjin ke bahagian atas ! di bahagian atas  mempunyai sebatang 'keng sup' jikalau 'keng sup' minyaknya tidak cukup maka 'keng sup ' akan patah pada masa bila-bila sahaja !    di bawah 'keng sup mempunyai seketul 'hard' jikalau 'hard' kekurangan minyak enjin maka ia akan retak pada masa bila-bila.       dibahagian tengah juga memerlukan minyak  supaya ' piston' berjalan dengan licin ! jikalau minyak dari bahagian tengah tidak cukup mula-mula ia akan merosakan 'ring piston' lama ke lama sudah tentu ia akan merosakan piston !  ( yang selalu kita nampak asap berkeluk dari jentera berantai itu sudah tanda 'piston ring mulai rosak)        disebabkan sebahagian minyak telah berkongsi di bahagian atas dan bahagian tengah !    jadi jangan lupa di bahagian bawah ada sebatang 'krang sup' kalau dibahagian bawah minyak tidak cukup mula-mula ia akan merosakan ''bering krang sup' dan sudah tentu lama ke lama ia akan merosakan 'krang sup' !             kalau disebabkan pekerja tidak faham tentang minyak enjin ! mari m a r i kita lihat berapakah kerugiannya !    biasanya 'keng sup yang terpakai harganya = $ 1,500.00----- 'hard enjin yang terpakau biasanya harga jijak $ 1,500.00-----dibahagian tengah ''lyner'' =$1,200-----Piston ring 1set$700 ---- Piston $ 5,400.00---- dibahagian bawah ! baring 'krang sup $700.00----- 'krang sup terpakai $ 5,000.00 dan gasket 1 set berharga $700.00----di segi forman upahnya biasa tidak kurang pada $2,000.00.   disebabkan tidak faham pada segi minyak enjin ! majikan buta-buta menangung lebih pada $ 18,000.00 ! dalam masa inilah majikan bertanya-tanya ''no syarat no safety !       kita akan sambung syarat kedua........

a safety driver

good day to everybody ! I'm mr.ong ! it's because so many friend are not understand what's the meaning level excavator ! so today I to try explain the meaning level driver ! before that we to see what the safety said ! ''we are safety'' we are not the general worker ! W H Y we to need understand that ?????????? we are safety so what the safety job is ''advise'' !           long time a go somebody said safety is everybody business !     now you said which one you are ?????????????                                Ok now we go the meaning level one ! the people who want to drive the excavator they must understand  five thing : 1, every thing about the oil engine/diesel/ hydraulic and gear oil !                   2, gris oil                                                                                                                                                   3,to understand the small hydraulic                                                                                                         4, taut iron chain                                                                                                                                      5, water tank.                                                                                                                                             at the site to have the forman ! why they driver need to understand that ?                                            usually a forman they need to caver about ten excavator ! so at site we must take the full cooperation,  why we to need understand about the engine oil ?                                                                                  the engine oil hydraulic and gear is to protect the hot level and ..... at last so many are to have the hose join ! we don't know the hose are steadily or not so chat is very important !                                  what's the meaning gris oil ?                                                                                                                   you know the excavator a day run about 8 hour up/down/in/out ! the join area they caver the buss and shap ! now you try to thing the still to grate the still 8 hour/day if we not support the gris have long time we can use that ?                                                                                                                             what's the meaning small hydraulic ?                                                                                                      8 hour/day the excavator are hot and the hose also hot ! before the hose broken ! we can see a little hydraulic oil is out ! it's because so hot so we can to small that.                                                            what is the taut iron chain ?                                                                                                                    when the excavator to move the support is iron chain ! so if the iron chain are loose ! how the excavator to move that ?                                                                                                                        why we to need chat the water tank ?                                                                                                     the water at the tank are support the cool engine ! so we don't know the tank are broken or not ! so we must to be chat everyday . to be continue

man facing make oneself stronger

Hello I am mr.ong ! Salim go back to married so today I try to share something, last time I'm ready a high reach demolition book share to everybody , but sorry  I'm cut off ! I cut off because maybe another two high building ( more then 30floor) to demolition,  about 'top down' that is a very Safety method for high reach demolition so please waiting after I clear that two building.       last year I'm pensioned but yesterday I agree to preparation  because they are many claims, you know '' man facing make oneself stronger'' . see you next year .Tq

Next week I want go back to my Home , so I try to share what I learn at my mentol fb : 1, so many people is like the safety jobs .   2, so many people to have the certificate from the safety school.   3, so many safety to care the yellow book and the green book .   4, off cause they already care the monthly pay.    I hope my country people also follow what they doing.    But just a little skill need to change :  1, don't just wait at office and don't always to excuse because meeting.   2, when you want to share some idea or..... read first after that study and understand but you must use from skill experience because the book is not speak.  3, don't just follow the LAW because The Law not is  to you and don't to forget  Law is  protect the  worker and employer.  4, don't to beg the skill technical ! because if you are not to understand what's the skill worker, how you can protect them ?  book is not speak. so about the safety job not just Play-Play.              at last I am very thank you  to ( MALAYSIA) because to give we to have the opportunity to learn some experience ''High reach Demolition ''''' and off cause we can find some money .Thank you.

A person who is learning to drive the excavater

Hai I am Salim ! Yesterday I to have a massage from my teacher to explain the rules of the driver excavator,now I try to show what I to have !   (lever one)  'A'.  They need to know or realize how or why sth happens about machine.   'B', They need understand how to examine sth to see if it is correct,safe or acceptable before the excavator stat to run. 'C', They need understand the emergency action. 'D', They need to learn how to control the excavator after that to move or pass to a particular place or state,usually gradually, that all.  (Lever Two)  When they stat a machine,it begins to operate everything ,it doesn't matter right ,wrong,danger or not safety or not they are not to care every thing. (Lever three) They stat no longer interested in or enthusiastic bout sth an exciting/interesting challenge an to question whether a statement or an action is right ,legal,etc; to refuse to accept sth the other a difficult to understand or explain; strange strong desire is stat here,they have never frightened to avoid never to be on guard on proud to challenge an they are ready to devotion anytime ,So at this lever to need a good teacher(expect) to control that. (Lever four) What I to understand is they are ## To do as one like##   What I to learn just here but What my teacher say 'the lever for driver excavator is 6 degree', If anybody need that I can ques to my teacher. Tq.

Old system definition in safety demolition of work

Hello I am Mr.Ong, nice to meet you all again in this blog and also I'm take opportunities to wish HAPPY NEW YEAR and wishing well to everybody who has followed this Asian Demolition blog. By the way before it so many were are write here regarding the demolition matter, but today we want to accumulate all the failure in this demolition work begin coming from where?  following from my study from I.L.O report and record spread to all over 75 country around the world, they are stated in their summary, 75% demolition work are failed. Actually the mistake or doing wrong in demolition is already Salim explain in the previous page before,For this page I took the advantage to add some more information for sharing with everybody to see the most bigger mistake or failure in this demolition work around the world. Here we going through to the source of the mistake first. By the way in demolition work having a two categories to run the demolition work, 1)using explosives. 2).using the conventional technic. Majority in this world today a lot of client choosing  the conventional technic compare than explosive because the price is more reasonable. were are try to think why it so many conventional technic they carryout during demolition is failed?  have any possiblities they are copy a several idea from any explosive demolition technic ? Because from a safety side! when we carryout an any conventional work to do demolition to any building we are 'NOT ALLOWED' to do demolition at building starting from the bottom. Why like that? that a really simple answer, the answer is we don't know when the topping part of the building collapst .Recently nobody know and ensure even though the engineer also cannot give a fact calculation how strong the building before the demolition work carryout, ex specially using the conventional technic. So I hope the people who are involved in this demolition work around the world to think this matter very carefully. Because without us to change this old system, nobody can't change it because the revolution of change in our hand.  Its directly can be reduce the pressure of work, public sensitivities and from this segment also automatically to contribute to re develope a better safe work practice and also to reborn the experience demolition work people in future. Finally I'm urged ex-specially to authorities of Malaysia to view and studies the matter we brought up here and make any decision in shortest time where is right or wrong for our country. I'm also hope at the beginning at year 2012 till the end we have got nothing about any tragedy or any failure in demolition work collision Tq.
